How long will my order take to deliver?

Your order should take between 10 to 20 business days to arrive at your doorstep depending on different country custom restrictions, there is a possibility the delivery process could take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Will I have to pay any customs fees?
Our agreement with dispatchers is that there will be no custom fees added to any orders. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties outside of the US. If for any reason any such costs are required it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance. If there are customs fees you will know prior to checking out on the website.
What are my payment options?
We accept payments through Amazon, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you already have an existing Paypal or Amazon account with an existing user ID and Password we encourage you to use your specific Paypal or Amazon User ID and Password when paying for your order through our secured FunWithFashion.com website. We only suggest this because for most customers its quicker and easier to check out. However as stated above we do have other secure and protected payment options when paying for your order.
What are my delivery options? Please note that FunWithFashion.com offers free shipping on all orders unless ordering under the collection items free plus shipping. If ordering free plus shipping the flat rate is $9.95. We ship through USPS only. We are not offering expedited shipping at this time as we make every effort to make the shipping of the items to a minimum. As mentioned above you will receive a confirmation of your order number and an email with the tracking number attached to your order therefore you will be able to login and track your items by order number.
How secure is your site? FunWithFashion.com processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider a leading stringent certified credit card rtification. We take security very seriously. All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud. If you decide to use your PayPal Account or Amazon Account these are both verified and confirmed secure, trusted and backed by several authorities.
Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?
If you placed a large order there is a possibility that your order could be fulfilled in multiple shipments however you will be notified as your shipment goes out for delivery and you will receive a tracking number to track your order.Can I amend my order? Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We usually ship items out within one (1) working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and shipping info.

How do I track my parcel? You can track the parcel via the email we sent you. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page.
Can I return or exchange an item? Yes, absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund from the date you receive your items (parcel). Read our Refund Policy page here for more information. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website or email email@example.com to resolve returns and exchange issue regarding your product items. Please be sure to include your order number in your email to us and we will resolve the product issues and quickly return an email to you with the status and processing time of the exchange or return of your items.
What if I received a faulty item? If you discover a faulty item by chance please contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org or you can email us on the website at our "contact us" page within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please note this rarely happens.
